Business Description:


The Flower Fairies are florists who provide fresh flowers primarily for Weddings, Events and Corporate requirements. For Occasions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Births, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day and Christmas we can also provide bouquets and arrangements for delivery within the local area, the local area being Bicester and its surrounding villages.

Privacy Policy:

When working with our clients for Weddings, Events and Corporate Requirements, The Flower Fairies will record customer names and contact information such as address, phone number and email address in order that we can communicate effectively with them and provide the service and customer support they require. We do not pass on or share any of this information with third parties or anyone outside of The Flower Fairies unless we have permission in writing from the client allowing us to do so. We do not store or record any financial details of our clients.

When a customer orders flowers for a specific Occasion either for collection or delivery we will request name, address, phone number, email address, recipient’s name and address. This is so we can provide the service and customer support they require. These details are not passed on or shared with third parties or anyone outside of The Flower Fairies. If the customer is paying by credit/debit card the appropriate details will be requested at the time the order is placed. This information is not stored or recorded by The Flower Fairies, the payment is processed at point of order and all credit/debit card details are then effectively destroyed.

Delivery Policy:

For Weddings, Events and Corporate Requirements delivery will be within the agreed timeframe specific to each client. This will be confirmed in writing at the point of booking. The Delivery details in the booking document will express the deliveries required, time of delivery, delivery address and associated costs. Delivery within Bicester is charged at £4.50. Delivery outside of Bicester is charged at £4.50 plus 45p per mile, round trip. Deliveries are made by someone from The Flower Fairies.

When a customer orders flowers for a specific Occasion for delivery within the local area (local area being Bicester and surrounding villages) the delivery date is agreed at time of order. Delivery is usually made next day but may be a date in the future dependent on the customer’s requirements. The delivery is made by The Flower Fairies and not by a third party, it will be made during the hours of 9am and 5pm of the agreed date unless a specific time is agreed at point of order. The delivery charge will be confirmed and agreed at point of order. Delivery within Bicester is charged at £4.50. Delivery outside of Bicester is charged at £4.50 plus 45p per mile, round trip. If required The Flower Fairies will email the customer following delivery to confirm the delivery has been made.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Weddings & Events: Cancellations; In the event of a cancellation the first £50 paid is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled at least 6 months prior to the wedding or event The Flower Fairies will refund the balance of any monies paid. If it is cancelled between 3 and 6 months prior to the wedding or event The Flower Fairies will refund half of the balance of any monies paid. If cancelled between 1 and 3 months prior to the wedding/event no refund will be made. For cancellations less than a month prior to the wedding (i.e. following payment of the next 50% of the total cost), any refund is at The Flower Fairies discretion and subject to time and costs incurred at that point (this excludes the initial 25% payment which remains non-refundable).**This should be read in conjunction with the Payment Terms & Conditions specified in any written quotation from The Flower Fairies.Returns/refunds; If for any reason the customer is not happy or entirely satisfied with the flowers provided, The Flower Fairies should be notified within 24 hours and the flowers returned. A refund will be issued at the discretion of The Flower Fairies but every attempt will be made to rectify the situation as soon as any problem is brought to our attention.

Corporate Requirements: Cancellation of any corporate contracts should be made in writing providing four weeks notice of termination. If for any reason the customer is not happy or entirely satisfied with the flowers provided, The Flower Fairies should be notified within 24 hours and the flowers returned. A refund will be issued at the discretion of The Flower Fairies but every attempt will be made to rectify the situation as soon as any problem is brought to our attention.

Occasions: Cancellation of an order must be made 24 hours before the delivery date, this must be done by phoning and speaking directly with someone from The Flower Fairies. A refund will be given minus a 10% administration charge and any other costs incurred by The Flower Fairies specific to that order. Returns/refunds; In the event that the recipient is not happy or entirely satisfied with the quality of the flowers delivered, a full refund will be given as long as the flowers are returned to The Flower Fairies within 24 hours of delivery.
